This is a cremant made in a traditional champagne method but with Chenin grapes. With aromas and flavours of honeysuckle, citrus. Its a fresher and cleaner taste than most champagnes which have biscuit and toasty notes that often over power the fruit flavours. I much prefer a cremant over champagnes, both on price and taste.

At about £10 a bottle its good value and prefect to share with friends.
