This is a dry red that has wonderful aromas and flavours of red and dark fruits. A little jammy with firm tannins which seem right to sip or have with food. I had this on its own and it’ was soft, fruity and had bags of flavour and then tried it with lamb and it was excellent, marrying with the fat and flavours of the lamb. At £25 a bottle it’s a little overpriced for me, but excellent.
